It was built by King Mahipala in 1905 and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. There are two temples on the premises which are the reason why these temples are conjointly called Saas Bahu.
One of these temples is bigger than the other one, and hence, called Mother in law.
The smaller temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and has huge sandstone slabs stacked against each other in a slanting position.
