My love for nature and ‘exploring the unexplored’ was deeply ingrained in me while growing up amidst the jungles and hills of Pachmarhi (M.P), India also known as ‘ Satpura ki Rani’ (Queen of the Satpura mountain range).

1. Relentless focus on Customer Service: Belonging to a business family, I would often accompany my father /uncle to the grocery store. As a youngster, this allowed me to observe and understand the importance of nurturing customer relationships and never compromising on quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sense of Discipline: Studying in an army school, Pachmarhi from 1^st -12^th standard and having all my friends from an Army background, has been impactful in inculcating a sense of discipline in every area of my life.
3. Values-driven business process: I pursued my further studies at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Bhopal, India. Through campus, placement got an opportunity to work with Tata International Dewas, India, and I worked there for 5 years. The work culture in TATA made me reflect on the importance of an employee’s overall well-being and satisfaction and how it can bring consistent growth to a company.

I have always tried to incorporate these values in my work life.

Over these years, gaining experience, learning, and finding my true calling, I started a travel agency with the mission of making people see Madhya Pradesh as they have never experienced before. Starting from a small office in Surat, swiftly I switched over as an entrepreneur, with a pan India network.

Throughout my journey, my better half Mrs. Dipti Maheshwari has been my pillar of strength and helped me to achieve everything I have aspired for these years.

Gradually branch offices in Surat, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, and Indore have started and are growing.

Later from arranging holidays, we moved to our own Hotels, and Kanha Resort came into existence 5 years ago. This resort in Kanha is made primarily due to my father’s initiative. Initially, he was looking after the resort taken on lease by M.P. Holidays. Later Chunmun Cottage, Pachmarhi also came under our banner.

In recent years Vrindavan Gopala Resort, Bhedhaghat, Jabalpur, and Tendu Leaf Jungle Resort, Panna came under our marketing banner.

We are very much thankful to the state-owned MP Tourism for their full support and for giving us Awards for Best Travel Agent Three Times in a Row as we are not only giving the best business to them, but our focus is more toward customer satisfaction. We are also recognized as the Number 1 travel partner every year.

I also take the opportunity to thank our branch managers in Surat – Ms. Amrita, Ahmedabad – Mr. Asrar, Nagpur – Mr. Pratik and Indore – Mr. Hari for continuing to support us. All working for the last more than 10 years, which is a testimony of an engaging work culture at M.P Holidays The team of M.P.Holidays Hitesh Upadhyay, Ashwin, and Yash are like our backbone, giving 24*7 services to our esteemed guest.

Our Mentors

I consider Mr. Ashwani Lohani as my guru as he was pivotal in changing my perspective in life and work. I experienced the working of government institutions with a different outlook. He took Madhya Pradesh tourism services to a different level with his determination, vision, and hard work.

I admire Swami Vivekananda and his wise words ‘Arise, Awake and do not stop till the goal is reached ‘. This has inspired me to always have a single-minded focus on my goal. The word ‘’ KARMA’ means Work is the most fascinating word for me and it is equivalent to GOD for me.

My other Idol is the veteran Actor, Devanand … who was the epitome of his passion for movies and relentlessly worked from 1945 to 2011 (till his death) irrespective of the outcome of his movies. This also fuels me to focus on my journey and its importance in itself.

In the end, I would like to say that I have and will always keep working towards making travel fulfilling for people and also upgrading me, my team, and our services to give the best possible experience.
