Born and raised in the Pachmarhi hill station, Vinod grew up inside the Army Cantonment and studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya - a childhood that gave him lifelong discipline. His mathematical aptitude, sharpened at the family grocery shop, took him to NIT Bhopal.
His corporate journey began at Tata Exports, Dewas, grew into a Regional Manager role at OKS Speciality Lubricants across Madhya Pradesh, and continued with Yale Industries in Baroda and Surat.
Drawing on his family's hospitality roots and inspired by Gujarat's vibrant travel culture, he launched MP Holidays - building offices in Indore, Surat, Nagpur and Ahmedabad, and establishing Kanha Resort beside Kanha National Park.
With extensive experience in travel and hospitality, Dipti oversees operations and growth initiatives across the company.
She maintains our service standards, strengthens customer relationships and drives MP Holidays' larger purpose - promoting tourism across Madhya Pradesh.
