The great congregational mosque of Mandu, raised on a high plinth in a severe Afghan manner, with a vast courtyard ringed by domed colonnades. Hoshang Shah's marble tomb stands behind it.
Known as the swinging palace for its steeply battered outer walls, which make the building appear to tilt. Inside is a single tall hall understood to have served as a durbar space.
